Truly feel, truly heal

A thoughtless
Sharp incision
In life unkind
A flooded land
When our helpless painful Eyes go blind
While trying to withstand
To maintain our smiling face
Our very lives turn bland
With too many decisions definitions
An identity maze
So unplanned
Instead of sharing and learning together
In the sun's warm rays
Crying when needed
Confided in and heeded
Receiving Through giving
Giving through receiving
Basking in our nature's true haze
A comfort worth believing
From for and to eachother
We all are one another
Mothers, brothers, human
Confused by our abilities
And long lost cuddles
Like neglected utilities
All our wisdom and knowledge
And yet how we are helpless
To grow and survive
We must stay huddled
Betray accept and become
Our ancient senses muddled
We forget we are naked and make ourselves numb
When we lose touch with our bodies
Our scars and mistakes
So vast and endless
And we always remember
Our disappointments
For we always live up to
An ideal so high
Which is always above us
A dread in the sky
No matter How high we climb
It leaves a constant gap
Between us and ourselves
A lonely silent trap
Which may conceal
How close we are To truly feel
And truly heal
Truly feel
Truly heal
